Everything was explained to us in great detail, and put into motion soon after our initial meeting. Professional photos were taken a few days later and we were ready to go live on MLS. Within 2 days we had already had 8-10 showings scheduled and within 5 days were in a multiple offer scenario. So within 6 days of listing we received an offer at list price without any negotiation.
