Oh my, where do I start?
Kelly has been absolutely amazing through the whole process. We have been working with him for around 2 years to find the perfect home for our little family and let me tell ya, we were picky. He is so patient, kind, knowledgeable and helpful. Kelly never gave up on us and made sure we found a home that "checked all of our boxes"...even if it took showing us 30 or so homes. Just when we thought he couldn't be any better, he would do something else that was above and beyond. We joke that maybe it took us so long to find the right one because we wanted to keep hanging out with Kelly. He has not only been our agent or realtor but has became a good friend that we hope we haven't seen the last of. I couldn't recommend Kelly any higher. He was very communicative, always taking the time to answer our questions and offering advice while letting us make the decisions. Finally, he's a very pleasant personality to work with. Always had a smile and a helpful comment to offer, but was never pushy, like some realtors can be. We had a very specific list of "wants" and "needs" when looking for a home, and Kelly found the best of all the worlds. When it came time to sell our home, Kelly Boyd met with us discussed their unique marketing technique and how the process would go.
Everything was explained to us in great detail, and put into motion soon after our initial meeting. Professional photos were taken a few days later and we were ready to go live on MLS. Within 2 days we had already had 8-10 showings scheduled and within 5 days were in a multiple offer scenario. So within 6 days of listing we received an offer at list price without any negotiation. I highly recommend Kelly to list your home, he just "gets it". They understand and cater to your needs as a seller, but also really understand how to list and show your home in order to make buyers feel they have found exactly what they were looking for. Kelly and his team were amazing.
We sold our home at list price and had multiple offers quickly. They are dedicated. From late night phone calls, to texts throughout the day, you feel like he's truly working for you. It made a very stressful process as seamless as possible. I hope to work with Kelly again someday!
